How long have you been with Rapids?

Since May 2015.

What was your favorite project? Why?

A custom walk in freezer for Mercy Hospital. The project required multiple site visits, meetings and interactions with employees ranging from maintenance to the nutrition department and hospital directors. It was the first time I had to design layouts and plans to scale with Rapids with numerous drafts and changes. It has been quite the learning experience.

What was your most challenging project?  Why?

Those that involve working with clients that want things very inexpensive. It can be difficult because I can see where they are coming from to try to stay within their budgets.

What was your solution?

I explain the value of equipment options with cost saving over time and the quality and reliability they can expect from a given brand.

What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?

Attend and volunteer at my Church, workout, out and spend time with my family.

If we gave you next week off, what would you do with your time?

Spontaneous trip to Florida.

What was your last “oh my god this is perfect” meal?

Steak, red potatoes, and asparagus.

What is your best dish?

Steak, red potatoes, and asparagus!
