What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?
Sundays:  Walking Dead, eat, rest, and do some music jamming with my fiancée and record music.  If I have any leftover bread from the week, feed the ever-so-bread-hungry ducks at a nearby pond.

If we gave you next week off, what would you do with your time?
I would spend a week in a remote cabin and enjoy a whole lot of nature and silence for 6 of those days, then spend one day non-stop playing Xbox One Star Wars Battlefront. (with the nickname Skywalker…what else is to be expected?). 

What was your last “oh my god this is perfect” meal?
I’m a sucker for Chevy’s Grande Chimichanga and their chips, salsa, and guac.

What is your best dish?
My kids and I call it “Dad’s Chicken” … essentially a baked chicken with garlic sautéed onions and veggies covered in a parmesan secret recipe which I invented (with the help of google).
