How long have you been with Rapids?
My first day with Rapids was March 3, 2025.

What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?
On Sunday afternoon you might find me doing any of these things: riding my motorcycle, going for a walk, hanging out with my girlfriend, playing with slot cars, laying on the couch with the cats watching Netflix.

If we gave you next week off, what would you do with your time?
I would probably book an all-inclusive resort in Cabo lol.

What was your last “oh my god this is perfect” meal?
It wasn’t a complete meal necessarily but I made a fantastic ham pizza last week. I put just the right amount of texture on the ham, cut it up smaller than usual, lots of basil on the pizza sauce.. It was great!

What is your best dish?
Probably the massaman curry chicken recipe that I have. Partially freeze the chicken so you can slice it real thin, use a specific brand of coconut milk, fresh lime leaves, Thai basil.. It’s very good!
