How long have you been with Rapids? Since 2017

What was your favorite project? Why?  I honestly can not pick a favorite, anytime we go from an empty space to a working kitchen and happy owners, it becomes my favorite project.

What was your most challenging project? Why?  Probably SpaceX McGregor Tx. As we were not on site for any of the entire build, but we had a great SpaceX staff GC who was able to work through the rough ins and change orders with ease.

What was your solution?  The solution, was 90% additional communication than on a more local project.

Name some of your other previous projects.  The Ice Arena at Q Casino was fun and challenging,  right now the Happy Anarchist is a small space with 3 concepts, so I am excited to see that one come to fruition.

What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?  I prefer to be outside doing anything, anytime, including Sunday’s

If we gave you next week off, what would you do with your time?  Oh boy, an entire week?  I would trapes off to Custer State Park in the Black Hills and camp with the buffalo for a week, that would be a perfect week away for me.

What was your last “oh my god this is perfect” meal?  Was a Shabbat dinner in LA with some of my Israeli friends, we had braised beef cheaks, with tahdig rice, Israeli salad with hummus and tahina, and homemade pita, absolutely to die for.

What is your best dish?  My family asks me to make my homemade spinach and mushroom ravioli with brown butter, for any special occasion we have.
