How long have you been with Rapids?
I have been with Rapids since November 2016 and loving every minute of it.

What was your most challenging project? Why?
My most challenging project so far has been a butcher shop/charcuterie in South Minneapolis.  The design is very unique with a ton of potential setbacks. Working with my customer and the local health department to be proactive has proven to make this project move along much smoother than we could have hoped for.

Name some of your other previous projects.
Seeing as I have only just begun here at  Rapids, I don’t have a long list of previous projects, However I have done small projects with many of the local restaurants in the Metro Area including : The D Spot, Travail Kitchen Amusements,  Wally’s Falafel and Hummus, Be Graceful Catering, and the list goes on.

What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?
Every Sunday me and my wife love to take the time to cook an afternoon meal together.

If we gave you next week off, what would you do with your time?
When I get time off of work, I either spend the time working on the new house or I visit in Montana (my wife’s home town)  to see the mountains  and countryside.

What was your last “oh my god this is perfect” meal?
The Last perfect meal that I have had: Would have to be at my favorite restaurant Gandhi Mahal’s Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Biryani.

What is your best dish?
My best dish is a Southeast Asian dish known as Laarb. It is a minced meat salad full of herbs, chilies, and spices. It is Full of different flavors, and is a perfect meal for a hot summer day. Or if you’re me: any time you have the ingredients in the house.
