I received a message from our Rep Paul Aurand, in regards to a call Tylor was dispatched to. Please see the note below. “Good Morning Chris, Just a quick note. I asked CMA to issue a service request to your QC location to work on an EST-44 Conveyor dish machine in Moline a couple weeks ago. The original start-up agency did not do a very good job so I was hoping your people would do the trick. I want to compliment you on the service that we received. When I got back on site your service tech (Tyler) had diagnosed the issues and was waiting instructions from the factory (me). I could tell right away that Tyler had already established a good repour with the dealer’s rep and the owner’s rep. Tyler acted very professionally and also boosted the owner’s confidence that the small issues would be taken care of in a timely manner. Tyler was knowledgeable and also spent a few extra minutes on site to allow me to confer with the factory and get approval for the work. In a time when it is rare for service agents to wait on anything let alone be able to diagnose issues without multiple trips it was refreshing to have such great service. Keep up the good work and hire more guys like Tyler.
