Professional Project Management

Food service industry project management

Communication is our key asset. We’ll advise you in every part of the process.

You have a dream — you want to open a new business. Great! What lies between you and your goal?

Facility planning, layout, ordering equipment and smallwares — it can be an extremely complicated and highly technical process, often requiring professional experience. You have to consider the selection, arrangement, and installation of equipment, procurement of smallwares, as well as what to do with your ceilings, lighting, plumbing, wiring, seating, and so on. While this may seem like an overwhelming task, Rapids Contract has decades of experience in foodservice.

Every new construction or remodel project presents a unique set of challenges that have to be overcome. From local code requirements to construction timeline coordination, the need for reliable project management is paramount. Our years of experience have brought us the knowledge and insight to ensure an efficient transformation of your space into your vision.

We communicate effectively with owners, architects, general contractors, kitchen equipment contractors, electrical contractors, and plumbing contractors to coordinate every effort in your build.

Installer Endorsement

Brecke Mechanical has been working with Luke Green and Rapids for several years assisting with installation of food service equipment and refrigeration equipment. We found out right away that Luke not only does a great job selling equipment he also helps the customer figure out what they need and don’t need. Also, we have been on several jobs that Luke has rolled his sleeves up and helped with the installation. He is definitely not afraid to get dirty. We just don’t see these traits very often anymore. This is why we believe Luke Green deserves DSR Of The Year. He is knowledgeable in his field, cares about the customer and their needs and isn’t afraid to get dirty to pull projects together.
