We’ve had the pleasure of Luke Green supporting our departments for the last 7 years, where he’s played many roles in supporting our mission. The primary support role Luke has played for our organization has been his involvement with our teams by helping in the classrooms. Luke comes in throughout the semesters and educates our students on how to design and develop a restaurant, as well as educate them on products and equipment. Luke heavily supports our operations through updates on new and discontinued products, and provides timely updates on price changes that impact our operations.
