Our Involvement

Rapids partnered with the University of Northern Iowa to replace the dish conveyor systems in two of their dining facilities, Rialto and Piazza Halls. Project Manager Matt Guillien led the removal of the outdated conveyor units and coordinated installation of new systems to keep dishroom operations running smoothly across both halls.

In addition to the conveyor replacement, Rapids also manages an annual smallwares package for the university, with Account Executive Hunter Bell supporting that ongoing relationship.

The updated dish conveyor systems now give both dining halls reliable, efficient dishroom throughput to keep pace with high-volume campus dining service.
