Our restaurant design consultants’ services don’t just apply to commercial applications – some of our most frequent customers are high schools and colleges. We’ve had the pleasure of Luke Green supporting our departments for the last 7 years, where he’s played many roles in supporting our mission. The primary support role Luke has played for our organization has been his involvement with our teams by helping in the classrooms. Luke comes in throughout the semesters and educates our students on how to design and develop a restaurant, as well as educate them on products and equipment. Luke heavily supports our operations through updates on new and discontinued products, and provides timely updates on price changes that impact our operations.
I really enjoyed working with Luke. I am comfortable with him and I feel that he is not trying to just “sell” me something, but trying to find solutions that work for me in the long run. He has ideas that make my operation run more smoothly. I will ask for him first, whenever I need something.
We have worked with Rapids on several school projects during my 15-year tenure as Nutrition Services Manager. From new kitchen construction and full kitchen remodel to problem-solving regarding smaller equipment requirements, they have met every need. The specialists at Rapids are true professionals in all aspects of their work. Customer service is high priority and they always go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. They are a large company who have been able to maintain a “small town attitude” in reference to serving their customers.
