Our Involvement

Rapids partnered with Field of Dreams to equip the kitchen and concession stands at their new facility in Dyersville, Iowa. Rather than a full design/build project, this was an equipment procurement and installation package — Rapids sourced and installed three walk-in coolers/freezers, a new commercial exhaust hood, and a wide range of miscellaneous kitchen and concession equipment to get the space fully operational.

The project team included Project Manager Matt Guillien, Solutions Engineer Chris Simerda, and Project Coordinator Kendra Hatcher, who worked together to source equipment, coordinate delivery, and manage installation for the new kitchen and concession stand spaces.

The completed spaces now support both back-of-house kitchen operations and concession service for guests, with reliable cold storage, ventilation, and service equipment in place for game-day volume.
