How long have you been with Rapids?

Since October of 2012.

What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?

Sundays are usually my house cleaning and lawn mowing day.

If we gave you next week off, what would you do with your time?

I would most likely spend time with my parents. Tomorrow is never promised and spending as much time with them right now is most important.

What was your last “oh my god this is perfect” meal?

This is a tough question because I love food!! But being born and raised in Iowa, I am a steak, potatoes, and corn on the cob kind of girl!

What is your best dish?

I like to make breakfast. Eggs, pan fried potatoes or hash browns, ham or bacon and toast. Simple homemade breakfast!
