How long have you been with Rapids?

What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?
Rest and turn off my brain, this usually involves a nap or catching up on movies I have not seen.
If we gave you next week off, what would you do with your time?
Work on projects, visit my mother or go north to the lake. maybe all three!
What was your last “oh my god this is perfect” meal?
Margie’s Kitchen in Andover MN. Wood fired pizza, sliders and steak and sausage skewers over frizzled onions. They have a great chimichurri sauce for dipping as well.
What is your best dish?
Stromboli – salami, ham, and provolone rolled in bread dough and baked. Most requested thing I make for the family.
