Irish Cottage Inn because it was my first project.

Mayo SDSC because of the number of changes to the project

Address 1 issue at a time, make sure I have the correct information before taking action.
What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?
Clean up around the house/laundry.
If we gave you next week off, what would you do with your time?
Visit friends and family/road trip.
What was your last “oh my god this is perfect” meal?
Not really a meal, but I just had a birthday. The cake was candied-bacon maple-cream bourbon chocolate 4 tier, BEST CAKE EVER!
What is your best dish?
Breakfast stirfry.
