Grand Living at Wellen Park

Grand Living at Wellen Park in North Port, FL, continues the collaboration between Rapids Foodservice Contract and Design, Grand Living, and Ryan Construction. This luxury senior living facility follows the same high standards and thoughtful kitchen layout as previous Grand Living projects, offering world-class amenities, chef-prepared cuisine, and a welcoming environment for its residents.

Our Rapids team served as the design consultant for the commercial foodservice areas, developing a state-of-the-art main kitchen, a bistro kitchen, and dedicated memory care serving areas to support the needs of independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents.

Throughout the project, our team conducted multiple on-site visits for field checks, commercial and residential equipment installations, and owner training. Rapids Contract and Design provided comprehensive services, including space design, procurement of foodservice equipment, equipment installation, start-ups, and training to ensure seamless operations. We take great pride in our ongoing partnership with Grand Living and Ryan Construction and are honored to contribute to another exceptional senior living community.
