New dishwashing peg racks increase dishwashing performance while keeping the kitchen organized and saving time. The versatile stainless steel three-compartment sink for warewashing and washing produce for food prep eases stress and allows for a multi-use product.

Upgraded with an energy-efficient walk-in freezer unit, the facility now benefits from excellent insulation and sealing that keeps outside temperatures from adversely affecting the air inside the walk-in cooler.

In addition, mobile counters were added to accommodate events and occasions requiring additional countertop space for service.
