Bondurant-Ferrar Junior High School

Bondurant-Ferrar Junior High School recently completed a cafeteria remodel project that greatly improved the kitchen space available. New stainless steel prep counters and wire shelving provide ample storage and work space for food preparation. Additionally, hot food display units were installed to allow for students to easily view pre-portioned servings. New food containers were also put in place to ensure safe food storage, reduce waste, and save time and money. Finally, the dish return station was remodeled with the installation of new stainless steel compartment sinks and a commercial dishwasher, allowing for a large volume of dishes to be washed in an efficient manner. The remodel project has had a positive effect on the school’s cafeteria and will benefit students for years to come.
