The cafeteria is equipped with Accurex exhaust hoods, known for their superior ventilation and energy efficiency, creating a comfortable and safe environment for kitchen staff. The inclusion of a Convotherm combi oven allows for versatile cooking techniques, enhancing the culinary capabilities of the cafeteria and ensuring high-quality meals are consistently served.
A significant highlight of the project is the Bally Walk-In, which offers ample refrigerated storage space, ensuring ingredients remain fresh and readily accessible. Complementing this is the installation of Cambro Shelving, providing robust and adaptable storage solutions that maximize the organization and efficiency of the kitchen. The dishroom is equipped with a state-of-the-art Hobart Dishmachine, streamlining the cleaning process with its reliability and high performance. Together, these carefully selected components form a cohesive and efficient cafeteria setup, demonstrating Rapids Foodservice’s commitment to excellence and the successful execution of a modern foodservice environment.
