Six stations allow the students to observe real time demonstrations from the teacher with either the overhead demo mirror, or a TV located on the wall. Although the cooking area is small, students have full access to all equipment with the CORE Style exhaust hood allowing equipment to be moved and removed as needed. Induction Ranges are also located at each station for student use to cook along with the instructor. Electrical Cord Reels are located overhead and sized to allow numerous pieces of equipment to match the weeks curriculum.
