At the 2025 National Restaurant Association Show, our team had the chance to explore the latest Atosa Innovations, and we were genuinely impressed. From smart refrigeration and kitchen automation to new equipment that supports takeout and self-serve concepts, Atosa is clearly focused on making foodservice operations more efficient and easier to manage. Below, we’ve highlighted some of the most exciting new products and features we saw in person.
Smarter Refrigeration with Atosa’s IoT Controller
Atosa’s new IoT refrigeration controller is a great example of how technology can improve day-to-day kitchen tasks. This smart system allows users to check unit temperatures remotely, adjust settings without being on-site, and receive alerts if something goes wrong—like if a cooler door is left open or if temperatures drift outside of the safe range.
It also keeps a digital log of temperature history, warning messages, and whether the unit is online or offline. You can even see the installation date and warranty information right from the controller, helping operators keep better track of their equipment and avoid costly downtime.
Chillstream™ Undercounter Frozen Food Dispenser
One standout from Atosa’s lineup was the Chillstream™ Undercounter Frozen Food Dispenser, a 2025 Kitchen Innovations Award winner. Designed with a low-profile, horizontal layout, this unit fits easily under counters or beside other equipment—ideal for kitchens where space is tight.
The dispenser holds up to five frozen products, such as fries, nuggets, or mozzarella sticks, and offers front or side dispensing based on your layout. It helps improve portion control, reduce food waste, and streamline prep by keeping frozen foods ready to go. For fast-paced kitchens looking to boost speed and consistency, Chillstream is a smart and space-saving upgrade.
Robotic French Fry Solution: Automation Meets Flexibility
Another highlight was Atosa’s new Intelligent French Fry Robotic Solution. This system is designed to take over the entire fry process—from loading frozen fries into the fryer to removing and dumping the finished product. It features a robotic arm with a long reach and can work alongside kitchen staff during peak hours or operate on its own during slower times.
The full system includes a built-in fryer with filtration, freezer storage, a dump station, and even a ventless hood with fire suppression. The best part is that this solution can integrate with POS systems and has a surprisingly small footprint for all it includes. For businesses struggling with staffing or looking to automate repetitive kitchen tasks, this could be a game changer.
Atosa Coffee Machines: A Simple Way to Serve Hot Beverages
Atosa’s upcoming commercial coffee machines offer a practical solution for operators who want to serve quality coffee without added complexity. These machines are designed with ease of use in mind, making them a great fit for hotels, small restaurants, convenience stores, or breakfast buffets where staff may not have barista experience.
While full details are still to come, the models previewed at the show were built for speed, consistency, and low-maintenance operation. They allow staff to serve hot beverages quickly and reliably, helping improve guest satisfaction during high-traffic times like breakfast or check-in. For businesses that want to offer fresh coffee without the cost or training involved in more advanced espresso systems, Atosa’s new coffee machines will be a welcome addition.
Soft Serve Made Easy with Atosa Ice Cream Machines
If you’re looking to expand your menu with frozen desserts, Atosa’s soft serve ice cream machines offer a simple, reliable way to do it. These machines are designed to be easy to use, clean, and maintain—making them perfect for operations where staff efficiency and speed matter. Whether you’re serving cones, sundaes, or adding a sweet touch to plated desserts, these machines deliver smooth and consistent soft serve every time.
Because of their compact size, they work well in a variety of foodservice setups—from small cafés and quick-service restaurants to hotel buffets and dessert stations. They’re a great option for operators who want to add value without taking up a lot of space or needing extra staff training. These models will be available soon and are expected to be a practical choice for anyone looking to offer frozen treats with minimal hassle.
Pizza Lockers for Delivery and Takeout
Another exciting addition from Atosa is their automated pizza locker system, designed to make food pickup more efficient and secure. These floor-mounted lockers are perfect for restaurants with high-volume takeout or delivery, as well as college campuses and food courts where customers expect fast, contactless service.
Each locker features a 10-inch touchscreen interface on both the operator and customer sides, making it easy to manage orders. Compartments can be either heated or refrigerated, allowing you to store a variety of menu items safely until pickup. Lockers can hold packaged food for up to 45 minutes, and that time setting can be adjusted to match your needs. An infrared sensor in each locker detects when food has been placed or removed, and the auto-opening glass doors include an anti-pinch safety feature.
With Atosa’s pizza lockers, you can reduce wait times, cut down on order mix-ups, and keep your pickup area running smoothly—all while offering customers a modern, self-service option that fits their busy lifestyles.
It’s clear that Atosa Innovations are focused on solving real problems in today’s kitchens—whether that’s reducing labor demands, saving space, or improving consistency. From automated equipment to smart connectivity, Atosa continues to develop practical solutions that help operators adapt to the changing foodservice landscape. If you’re thinking about upgrading your equipment or adding automation to your kitchen, we’d love to help you explore these options.
