“So the St Paul store has been a “little” understaffed in recent days. This can be an extremely stressful time for people who often may choose to kinda shut down a little and use the staffing issue and an excuse for poor or moderate performance. Not this guy! Recently when fielding a web chat, I wanted to confirm correct counts for some growler caps for a brewery customer up there that was in a bind and needed some fast. Chad was happy to carve out the time to run the 1/2 marathon back to the beer section to make sure this customer didn’t drive across town only to be disappointed. (We should get them a segway). Also, ON TOP OF THAT we received this rockstar Facebook review for his and Shane’s recent performance < insert hat tip to Shane here > AND a 5 STAR Google review from yet another customer.
