“While at a Foodservice Coordination meeting this week on a jobsite, we were discussing some specifics with several trades onsite and anticipating a slew of questions. Both the Electrical and Plumbing contractors had zero questions and were excited that we were on this project. They made sure to mention to the General Contractor and myself that Rapids’ Rough In Drawings are the best in the industry due to the details and time that we put into them. This keeps change orders to a minimum and keeps everyone profitable as they build out the kitchens for our end users. Hats off to Christy for the continued level of detail she puts into her work.“

This represents Christy’s second DEEM win and demonstrates that she lives the mission of Delivering Excellence in Every Moment each and every day. Some have not had the opportunity to work with Christy on a regular basis on a project where she is truly in her element. It is clear how dedicated she is to her work, her teammates, and to her clients when you sit down with her and develop a design. It is always done with the highest level of detail and never sped through. She ensures all of the equipment we are providing has a home and has the utilities it needs to run. She eases the clients nerves when they realize the undertaking they are about to start with intelligent and thoughtful commentary on how this design will allow them to realize their ambitions. She doesn’t do this without some long hours from time to time. You have likely been a part of the masses that leave the office before she does and see that white Buick in the parking lot. It’s there most times because of the effort she is putting in to deliver the best possible product to all of the stakeholders on our projects. It is fantastic that we have a chance not just to nominate her for her every day kindness, but also for the dedication she has to her craft! I am very happy to report that she recently took a few days off to relax and enjoy the Iowa State Fair with her family! Her grateful Rapids family and clients alike are glad when she can have some time to recharge!
