“I sit fairly close to Dan, so I overhear a lot of his conversations with CRS customers. He is always so cheerful and positive, and never lets a stressful day impact how he acts toward the customers. He also somehow remembers personal details about seemingly every one of them, like if they just went on vacation, who their favorite sports teams are, or how their animals are doing. Even if he doesn’t know them already, he manages to find common ground to make a personal connection.”
