“Dean accompanied me to a customer in Monticello for a very tricky Hood set up. He was able to explain clearly and concisely what needed to be done, as the customer is not a chef nor do they own a restaurant, he was able to explain the codes and everything that needed to be done. He did a great service to the customer by helping them understand in Laymens terms, he helped to create an environment of trust for this kitchen build. Thanks Dean!”
