“Karen has been doing her job for a really long time. She really doesn’t need anything to change to maintain working at a high level. Karen is a person of habit, so new technologies and change aren’t her forte, so me changing processes, systems, and technology didn’t sit well at first for her. Because of these reasons, I want to recognize Karen for her hard work to adapt to new ideas, and as of late lead the charge on implementing new ideas and technologies. She has taken on additional work, learned things she never did in the past, and is willing to make difficult calls to collect on jobs she wasn’t previously involved with. This past month, she cleaned up over $15,000 of past due items on our aging report. She has done a wonderful job and I look forward to seeing her contributions continue this year.”
