“Paul has taken on a substantial additional workload in the busiest time of the marketing department year while he is trying to fill the vacant seat left by Cassie. Through this time, Paul has worked on implementation of a new means for data capture from our API interface via DDI and worked on new catalogs for 2022. While challenged daily to learn and do, Paul has maintained an incredible attitude and demeanor and continues to demonstrate several of the values we strive to represent. Thank you Paul!“

Words from our Vice President, Eric Schmitt:

I hope all of you have had the pleasure of getting a chance to talk with Paul Adams and know him a bit better. I, and many others, would put him at the top of the Rapids brand ambassador list. While this is critical for a guy like him since he leads our marketing efforts, it goes much deeper than that. Paul has been with Rapids for a very long time. He has always been quick to tell others about who we are and how we can help them. He has been in many cases on the front lines of customer feedback and calls and in every case he is always 100% certain to “mind his ping” to be sure we keep them as happy and satisfied as possible. That joy is something that has made Paul incredibly special to our company but behind that joyous exterior is a fiercely proud and hard working person. This nomination that Paul received does a good job of recognizing the amazing amount of work that Paul is capable of doing but this is something he does on repeat. This effort he and the entire marketing team make is what helps makes the entire organization successful. I am happy to report that Paul has finally been able to add a team member to his squad to help alleviate some of this pressure but rest assured, Paul will be driving every single day to make Rapids better. We are so proud to have Paul Adams as a representative of Rapids and leader in our organization and congratulate him on this recognition!
