“Tanya received a call from a customer who had ordered various items from a previous rep in the past. The customer demanded to have price matching as this previous rep was more than ready to adjust pricing on their own accord. Tanya did an excellent job in explaining to the customer why the price had changed. She was bluntly honest with the customer that the employee was no longer with Rapids for this exact reason. The customer agreed it was poor business practice and still ordered with Tanya. Perfect example of honesty in a tough situation.”
