Kip Opheim | ALL STARS of the Corridor Honorable Mention in Corridor Business Journal

There are few things that inspire a new generation to get excited about working more than people that are passionate about their careers. The Corridor Business Journal, in an attempt to connect passionate employees with the up-and-coming workforce, put together an ALL STAR article that profiled thirteen workers in the business sector with inspiring job outlooks. This journal is then distributed to high school students and parents throughout the corridor in the hopes of encouraging them to pursue one of these careers and to give back to their community by keeping their talent close to home.

Rapids’ very own Kip Opheim was one of the ALL STAR Honorable Mentions in this article, recognized for the contributions he makes to the foodservice industry. Kip is a Project Coordinator who has been with Rapids since 2009, working on projects like the University of Iowa Children’s Hospital, the Davenport Central Fire Station, and Liberty High School in North Liberty, IA.
