“Keeping others happy is not an easy task when it comes to contractors, architects, engineers, and city officials. Rapids rough-in foodservice equipment drawing set was submitted to the Minneapolis Environmental Health department by our customer Redesign Inc. with a request to expedite the review as financing was pending due to the building permit approval. Only a few questions came back. Redesign shared these words with us “I’ll note that she (the inspector) was very impressed with your drawings, and said the only reason she could expedite the review is because they were so well done. So Congrats.” This email was copied to the entire design team on the job. Watson-Forsberg general contractor replied “In my career I have never heard an inspector compliment a designer on the quality of the designs.
