“On Dec 21, 2023, Theresa was scheduled for a day off. Instead of sleeping in, she came to the office and spent a number of hours helping get the upstairs contract area ready for the remodel. She boxed up a number of book cases. This really helped me out since it was one less thing that needed to be done. It also really made Scott and his staff happy. It would have been very easy for Theresa to stay at home leave the work for Scott and his crew, but she went above and beyond to help me, and Scott and the entire organization. With this single act, she hit the trifecta: “being personally accountable” and “be a problem solver” and “putting the customer (internal) first”. Great work Theresa and thank you. -Jeff“
