While your state’s specific requirements might dictate the minutiae of your setup, there is one element that all stations should incorporate: keeping the drinks cold. Your customers don’t want to wait to enjoy their cocktail or margarita – if you sell it warm, they will have to.
Keeping your to-go drinks cold can be as simple as adding an IRP portable merchandiser to your station. They are available in a variety of sizes, shapes, and beverage capacities, so it should be easy to find one that will work for your establishment.
