“This impression is not directly related to work, but it does show how Theresa has gone out of her way to create a positive work environment and build a strong team culture within Rapids. She over heard that myself and my wife were having a baby shower and went out of her way to find our registry online and send a gift for the shower. This was totally unexpected but very much appreciated, so I wanted to nominate Theresa for going out of her way and showing there many different ways to be a great team member and create a positive environment at work.“
