Now, this might seem like a life-changing event, but I have now had at least three individuals, including Joe Dodds stop by to ask who did this so they could be thanked. This is a great example of taking the bull by the horns and resolving an issue that involves doing instead of simply commenting on the state of something you would like to see changed or improved. This also goes well with our Innovation efforts in that Pam determined an opportunity to take on an innovation within her role and executed quickly and without anything needed besides her desire to see a space made more aesthetically and functionally pleasing.
