“After FedEx had picked up at Marion Jason called to have the truck return to pick up glycol unit for customer in Saint Paul. He was able to get the unit shipped that afternoon and the customer picked up at store the next morning. Thanks Jason you went above and beyond.”

Jason’s nomination is evidence that each and every one of us have a chance to make an impact on our customers’ business. We have unique relationships both externally and internally who can help us keep our shared customers coming back again and again. In this case, Jason used his relationship with the FedEx driver to make an uncharacteristic return trip after having already left to ensure that the glycol unit made it to its final destination as quickly as possible.
