“Sadly, it has taken me far too long to acknowledge Joey and the excellent job he has been doing learning our systems and helping our customers. This nomination is well overdue. Joey joined our team early this year to fill an incredibly important gap in our processes, our pit crew was understaffed. The workload Jenna and I needed to undertake entering the new year was nearly unbearable as we gave our all just to stay in the race. When Joey joined the team, he was immediately up to the task to learn, help rewrite, and execute on our SOPs and we tore through his 30-60-90 onboarding increasing our pace. Now that he is up to speed, we can count on Joey to help us identify new ways to optimize our processes and parse our data to be more efficient and effective in our messaging. Additionally, Joey is always willing to answer the call, literally. Often times, our customers in need may find their way to our extension. Joey is happy to pick these up (even though they may be a distraction from his current project) and make sure ALL of our customers are well taken care of. Though these are examples of many of our core values, I would like to nominate Joey for Putting the Customer First (both external and internal). Well done my dude!! Let’s get you on the podium!”
