“I had a last minute rush request to get an order out for one of the outside sales team members right around 330pm. After processing, I called down to the warehouse, but due to the time of day, they were unavailable as they were short handed and trying to get outbound orders out the door. I called Lisa in the showroom and asked if there was any way she could find the paperwork and give to the warehouse and see if it could still get out that day. Lisa happily said she would handle and take care of it. Her positive and friendly attitude is what surprised me the most; amybe becuase I felt a little guilty asking her to being with as it was not her responsibility. I checked the order later the next day and saw that our customer did receive the shipment already which made them extremely happy since they were in desperate need of the replacement. Thank you to Lisa for being an outstanding team member and helping us out. She went out of her way to help another department and helped keep the Rapids reputation with our customer solid. Everyone, (myself included) needs to make sure they stop down and say hello to the showroom team as they are a vital part of our organization and may be often forgotten being in a separate area from the main office.”
