Delivering Excellence in Every Moment

Nominator: Matt Guillien

For: Cultivating Community

"On Wednesday I was traveling to a jobsite in Garner Iowa when one of the tires on the Lexus blew and left me stranded on the side of I380 northbound. Our 9am Iowa PM standup call happened to be starting at about the same time so I hopped on the call and let everyone know what had just happened. Without hesitation, Bob got in the sprinter van and not only picked me up off the side of the road but he took me the rest of the way to the jobsite so I could still accomplish some important onsite work that I set out to accomplish that day. Bob's unselfishness and willingness to jump at the opportunity to help keep my day on track is a tremendous example of the type of culture Rapid's leans on. Thanks again, Bob!"
