“On Saturday Oct 19 at around 10AM, a customer called me and their fryer was down because their gas hose was leaking. They were not able to serve any fried food. This customer asked me if there was any way to get one on a Saturday. I was at a funeral at the time so I could not help. I called Darrin (on a Saturday morning) to see if he would come in to get this customer a new gas hose. Without hesitation, Darrin agreed. All he wanted to know was what time he needed to have the gas hose ready. He met the customer and the customer was able to open. The customer was extremely happy. Kudos to Darrin for taking some time out of his Saturday to help a customer. Nicely done Darrin.“
