She has rapidly progressed from handling standard orders at the registers to structuring complex quotes in AQ, earning her top salesperson for December. Dejanai’s dedication to her role and her team is truly commendable. On December 31st, following an informal resignation of an employee, our team was reduced to just Dejanai and one other sales associate. When the other associate had to leave early, Dejanai stepped up without hesitation. She managed the store solo, assisting customers with unwavering enthusiasm and professionalism, & she efficiently handled EOD procedures on her own. Her eagerness to learn and her ability to apply new knowledge swiftly and effectively is impressive. Dejanai’s inquisitive nature drives her to understand the intricacies of her role by asking questions, yet she rarely asks the same question twice, demonstrating her quick learning curve.
