While I was away on vacation, Jason stepped in to assist the retail team by handling bank runs, a task outside his usual responsibilities. His willingness to help without hesitation minimized confusion and backlog, ensuring smooth operations. Jason’s approachable nature and readiness to go beyond his normal duties are truly commendable.
