“Just this past week, Kade stopped in to my office to talk through an issue that her installation subcontractor was having. She came in with several great options to consider that she had been thinking through since the night before when she found out the installers truck had broken down en route to do work for both her project and another Project Manager’s project. She presented 3 options, talked through them with me, and made a call to find a way to drive down to pick them up and bring them to Iowa herself. Ultimately, her conversations and ideas she gave to the installers dispatch person led to them finding a truck rental that saved her about 4 hours of driving but without her tenacity in working the problem, it is unlikely that any of those would have happened. She communicated clearly with her sub contractor, with the general contractor and with her internal team to keep them up to speed and ultimately helped deliver an incredible result. Great work by Kade in truly innovating!”
