“Our holiday celebration in St Paul was amazing. We were able to shut down the retail store for the afternoon so everyone could get together as a team. In the middle of our festivities, Scott noticed a customer outside and it was killing him we would miss out on a connection like that. So Scott took a few minutes to ask that customer what they needed and take care of them quickly despite us being closed. It made me really proud to know someone like that cares that much about taking care of our customers and then can immediately come back in and participate in our camaraderie. It was definitely above and beyond.”
