“I want to take a moment to recognize Steve. Last week, I assisted a customer who was in the initial stages of starting a new business. During our conversation, she raised several questions regarding design and project management, and I was uncertain about some of her inquiries. While I was speaking with her, Steve was walking out. Instead of simply indicating that she could reach out at a later time, he took a moment to answer questions and inform her about the services Rapids could provide to support her. Despite having an appointment to attend, he generously dedicated time to assist a colleague in addressing the customer’s questions. I sincerely appreciate his time, attention, and willingness to go above and beyond in supporting both colleagues and clients.”
