“Tom has done a tremendous job of “filling in the gaps” at the St. Paul office while we are in this transition period. In the absence of others, he has taken on many projects in addition to his SE Role – filling way more than “one plate”. Though his to-do list stays full, he is always in a jovial mood, willing to assist both Steve, Rob, and I in any way he can. Though his schedule has it so the office doesn’t see him for extended periods of time, Tom’s presence is felt and appreciated – this is why I am nominating Tom for a “Cultivating Community” DEAM award. Thank you, Tom, for helping to “shoulder the burden” – all while maintaining a smile!”
