How long have you been with Rapids?

I began with Rapids on May 19, 2025

What do you like to do on a Sunday afternoon?

On an ideal Sunday afternoon, I’d be enjoying the outdoors, or inside preparing a fun meal, playing cards/board games/video games, certainly watching Football in the Fall.

If we gave you next week off, what would you do with your time?

I’d do my best to catch up on a bunch of things I haven’t found enough time to do. I’d visit my folks for a few days, Spring Cleaning can happen anytime of year, and maybe take a small road trip for entertainment, to see a concert, or an NBA or MLB game somewhere. I’ve also got an old Stereo Cabinet from the 60s I’d like to refurbish/repair someday before the next winter arrives.

What was your last “oh my god this is perfect” meal?

Red wine braised venison, and mushroom gnocchi at a small Trattoria in Aosta, Italy. It was 10 years ago but I still have vivid memories. It was the best meal I’ve ever eaten.

What is your best dish?

Presentation wise—I love making Yangnyeom Chicken, but I’m still perfecting my recipe. Flavor wise—Chicken Parmesan.
