“I received a text message from a friend who was having issues with their dishwasher at Shelter House recently. He texted me stating Dennis and Josh came in to correctly diagnose and repair an issue they had that turned out to possibly have been a larger mess than they had anticipated. Sounds like a competitor had come in to do some work and nearly blew up their electrical system that tied into the dishmachine in some manner. I don’t have all the details, but it’s worth a call out to them to let them and the company know that Shelter House appreciates what they did for them – they found a fix, and also delayed the need for them to have to purchase a new dishmachine, so the cost and risk savings here were very large. Always good to hear from folks when we’re able to solve problems for them, and end users have a tendency to really appreciate that.”
