After a very stressful emotional week due to a loss of a family member, I ended up with water in my basement and had not determined exactly where it was coming in. My state of mind could not figure out if it was coming in from the basement walls, if the sump pump wasn’t working or the water heater leaked. I turned my main water line off and started to clean up the mess. Found out a bit later that my main level bathroom toilet; which is rarely used, had been slowly over-flowing all night and morning and had flowed down the vent and floor which caused all the water on that end of the basement. After trying everything to fix it myself, I contacted Luke at work for a recommendation on who to use so I would not end up with a company that would over charge me. Luke stated that he had been talking with Troy Little and Eric Schmitt and they were working on heading out to my place to assist and see what they could do. Even after several attempts to persuade him he stated that they would be out to my place to assist. Luke contacted me back and then told me he was on his way. Luke came in and it took him about 10 minutes and he was able to snake the drain and get it operating again. He stayed and helped me pull down the drop down ceiling tiles and inspect the basement ceiling for damage and to make sure everything was okay. I do not have the words to express my feelings for everything Luke did, and Troy and Eric were willing to do. It just shows that we are not just co-workers but extended family that are willing to help and go out of the way when another is in need. I will never be able to repay the kindness shown to me from everyone involved and thank you just does not seem enough.”
