“The week that Jason is gone is one that we typically dread downstairs because of his knowledge and speed of all things warehouse. However, this time Austin more than stepped up to the plate and shifted into a gear that I did not know he had. Even though he was not feeling 100% Monday he came in to find out another teammate was out. He stayed positive for the next 3 days and worked hard, fast, and accurate all while skipping his lunches. I saw him prepping an order for me that was not to be picked up for a couple of days. This showed that he is learning to be proactive instead of reactive. Austin has really showed that he has matured within his position and it is appreciated.“
