The Problem: An area high school’s kitchen was shut down for a large building renovation, which meant the school was going to have to arrange for over 2000 meals a day to be prepped offsite and then delivered to the student body.
The 2023 NAFEM Convention and Tradeshow was a success for Rapids Foodservice as over 20 team members from all 3 branches of the company were able to participate in the event.

When it comes to projects like kitchen design, communication and trust between everyone involved is essential for success. Each new project is a massive undertaking, with a lot of moving parts and invested parties. Because of this, it’s not just the owner/operator that takes on the role of client for architects – contractors and internal team members also require a high degree of communication regarding many aspects of the project.
