Because this person new we had it in stock, he answered the call, drove to the office opened the doors and went above everyone’s expectations to service our customer and sell our products. Examples like this is the definition of Delivering Excellence!”

Words from our Vice President, Eric Schmitt:

Eric is now among a select few who have garnered multiple DEEM recognitions but he is now the fastest to achieve the feat. The example above is a truly great one to share. We have been hard at work as a leadership team trying to define what our “uniques” are. Those things that make us better than our competition. In many cases, our leadership team has easily settled on the “people” aspect of our organization. We genuinely believe that the care and dedication of our entire staff is what separates us not only from other traditional dealers but most importantly the web retailers that we continue to feel pressure from. While this isn’t easily repeatable as an action it does go to show how much our team, and Eric in particular, care about the clients that they serve each and every day. Eric helped get this customer what they needed when no one else could. We genuinely hope that they remember this in their future purchases and further, that they tell their peers about the amazing things that Star has done for them. Congratulations, Eric, on this recognition and keep up the amazing demonstration of the DEEM values!
